We love the careful detailing and intricacy of each of Guy’s artworks, with each artwork reminding us of places we've been or dream of visiting. Guy’s short spell at art school sparked a curiosity in the meeting place of high and low art, and has instilled this as a main theme in his work. The Terence Stamp project is Guy's curated selection of postage stamps from around the world, most notably from Asia. The postage stamp, invented in England in 1840, revolutionised global communication. All nations quickly adopted the concept making it their own. As the first form of mass media graphic design, each stamp tells its own cultural narrative, celebrating everything from commerce and innovation to art and agriculture. We’ve been working with Guy Gee since 2021.
We love the careful detailing and intricacy of each of Guy’s artworks, with each artwork reminding us of places we've been or dream of visiting. His vintage stamps remind us of old adventures and travel stories, and have us hungry to explore more of the world. The intricate compositions are a homage to the unique cultural aspects of each country. We love how Guy's stamps are a celebration of the beauty to be found in each country.
