Art Republic has been battling bland interiors since 1999. Having started as a limited edition print shop in Sussex, we have since moved online to allow art lovers from all corners of the globe to explore our extensive collection. We pride ourselves on building and supporting a community of enthusiasts that share a passion for art and creativity.

Managing Director
Charlotte oversees everything from marketing to new artists, and is particularly involved with our website development and digital marketing. She is an art enthusiast with a background in growing technology and product startups and scaleups. Before joining us, Charlotte worked for luxury tech/travel brand Onefinestay, food startup Charlie Bigham's and launched startups-for-good at Behavioural Insights Ventures.
Head of Commercial Operations
Jenny oversees all aspects of our operation, from our logistics and customer service to internal operations and commercial projects. Before joining the team, Jenny worked in Auction Houses for over five years, latterly as Head of Curated Auctions. While working there, she oversaw hundreds of auctions and worked with artists, private collectors and galleries alike.
Head of Sales & Business Development
Rob oversees our artist liaison and sales teams to help buyers find artworks they love, and artists to find audiences who are excited about their work. He also liaises with our other suppliers and secondary market sellers. Before joining us, Rob worked as an Editions expert for some of the world's leading auction houses and is experienced across all sectors of the art market.
Head of Marketing
Matt is dedicated to helping the Art Republic brand reach as many art lovers as possible, as well as ensuring that users have the best experience possible when they arrive on site. Before joining the team, Matt gained experience within the publishing, broadcasting and e-commerce industries for companies such as the BBC and Amazon. Matt’s education is varied: he has a degree in English as well as a professional chef’s diploma.

Senior Finance Manager
Olivia oversees all things finance and data analytics, from analysing marketing and sales data to ensuring all of our artists are paid on time. With a background in transaction advisory and audit, she uses her knowledge and experience to ensure the finance function runs smoothly and the team has all of the data and insights they need. Olivia graduated with a degree in Economics before becoming an ACA qualified accountant.
Senior Artist Liaison Manager
Ben specialises in artist management and publishing editions and loves developing long-standing relationships with artists. He has over 10 years of experience in the art industry, with a successful record of developing emerging talent and launching the careers of a wide range of artists.
Ecommerce Manager
Marty oversees all aspects of the website and it’s development, identifying opportunities for improving the overall customer experience and managing the changes. Marty graduated with a degree in Industrial Design before forging a career in the ecommerce sector. Previously, Marty held the position of Ecommerce Manager for the specialty coffee roasters Square Mile Coffee.
Operations Manager
Alexia manages the seamless delivery of artworks to buyers, working closely with our framing partners, our artists and sales team. With a background in logistics, she has worked in art galleries across London and uses her expertise to ensure the Art Republic operation runs smoothly.

Sales Coordinator
Sarah responds to our sales inquiries and supports buyers looking to purchase, source or commission artworks. She also looks after new and existing partnerships to help bring our artists a wider audience. Before joining us, she worked as a Communications Assistant for a youth charity.
Ecommmerce Merchandiser
Jacob regularly catalogues and uploads new artworks to our site, ensuring that it is up to date and creating engaging collections. Prior to this role, Jacob worked in Customer Services at Art Republic, giving him a great understanding of what our customers want. Before joining the team, Jacob received an MA in Arts and Cultural Management from King’s College London and interned at the V&A.
Studio Assistant
Isabelle carefully packs and ships artwork to our customers, unpacking deliveries we receive from our artists, carefully checking the condition of each piece. She then organises and stores them in our studio. Before joining the team, Isabelle worked as a Gallery Assistant for an art gallery in Cambridge and has experience working at various art fairs.
Finance Assistant
Nathaly works with Olivia on financial reporting, is in charge of day-to-day bookkeeping, and works hard on our accounts and invoices. Originally from Venezuela, Nathaly gained a degree in Accountancy from her home country, before moving to the UK and working as a bookkeeper for companies such as Fine and Country and the FIFA Football awards.
Social Content Creator
Heather is our social media and content creator, responsible for overseeing all aspects Art Republic social media presence and ensuring that our social media accounts accurately reflect all of our incredible artists and artworks. Heather joined the team with over 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
Digital Copywriter
Alicia creates all the written content for our website, from blog posts and artist biographies, to marketing and social media copy. Before joining the team, Alicia received an MA in History of Art, going on to intern at the Peggy Guggenheim Museum in Venice and then work as a gallery assistant for a ceramics gallery.
Junior Artist Liaison
Mimi communicates with our artist community and secondary market sellers, managing relationships and working on exciting launches with our talented artists. Before joining Art Republic, Mimi worked as a Gallery Assistant and ran art and crafts workshops for school children. She also has a degree in Photography from UWE Bristol.
Junior Graphic Designer
Sergul creates a variety of visual content for our social media channels and website, and also produces our bi-weekly newsletters. Before joining the team, Sergul studied Graphic Design at UAL. In her spare time, she volunteers for a Cypriot fashion heritage project, making use of her design expertise.
