Delphine Lebourgeois

Delphine is a French illustrative artist known for her multimedia approach that combines techniques such as digital work, collage, pen, watercolour and screenprinting. Drawing from a rich and varied pool of influences - from Renaissance icon Botticelli to comic book illustration - Delphine blends together high and low culture to form a playful and vibrant aesthetic. Delphine has enjoyed great success, collaborating with the likes of Le Monde, The New Yorker, Soho House, The Guardian and The Other Art Fair.

We love how Delphine places such importance on the art of storytelling, with her compelling characters often promoting a feminist rhetoric. Her strong female figures investigate themes of female solidarity, strength and empowerment, reimagining the female nude in art discourse. Delphine throws the rule book out the window, instead choosing to rewrite how women should be depicted in art. Instead she imbues them with power and authority, whilst keeping that feminine energy that all women carry.

Limited Edition

So you’ve found your perfect limited edition artwork, but what does this actually mean? Limited editions are original artworks that an artist creates in a particular print medium, such as a giclée print, screen print or photograph. Our limited edition artworks are specifically created by our talented artists with a maximum edition number in mind. The term ‘limited edition’ refers to the total number of artworks that are available for that particular piece. The edition size can vary widely between artworks, however most of the time our artists create editions in small numbers ranging from 10 to a few hundred.
