We love her exploration of the expressive conversation between shape and composition, drawing the viewer into their own journey of discovery. Her deliberate colour palette and geometric designs explore the link between form, composition and environment, and she is heavily inspired by the work of artist Barbara Hepworth.

Having graduated with a degree in Behavioural Sciences and followed that with a successful career in social housing, Katrina came to a career in the visual arts after an adult learning course in printmaking in 2014. She has since exhibited across the UK, from a solo show called Underpin at The Foundry Gallery to featuring work in the London Festival of Architecture. After suffering a traumatic brain injury, Katrina has adapted her creative process and now works mainly from her studio.

We've been working with Katrina Russell-Adams since 2021.
