Pam Glew

Pam Glew is a contemporary British artist, known for her unique bleaching technique on vintage fabrics and flags. Heavily inspired by film, she uses dye, stitching and other traditional skills, to develop images of models, actresses or musicians. The work is often re-bleached many times to create a lighter image, to produce even more contrast. Thus, Pam Glew has invented her own unique painting process.
