About The Artist - Whatshisname

We’ve been working with Whatshisname since 2017.

Whatshisname is a contemporary Polish artist who began creating digital art at the age of 7. After moving to London and working as a studio assistant, they started to craft a personal aesthetic by fusing their understanding of newer technologies with more traditional mediums. We love the combination of bold colours and playful cast of characters that make reference to popular culture and Jeff Koons.

Whathisname’s name alone stirs intrigue and their body of work is intended to take the art world for a spin, not only by outwitting the audience, but by challenging the viewer to refocus on the world around them. From parodic sculptures to public projects saturated with humour, every Whatshisname artwork is powerfully visual.
