MORUZZI

Snoop

For Snoop, Moruzzi have reimagined classic cartoon dog Snoopy and sidekick Woodstock into a series of figures. The 2 symbols represent the words Happiness and Contentment in Kanji Japanese. They have been slightly tweaked to allow for the character to be seen. The result is compelling: oh-so-simple yet powerfully arresting, this is street-to-canvas at it's very best.

ARTIST STORY

Moruzzi

Moruzzi is a contemporary street artist from London who plays with ideas of consumerist culture and the cult of the logo. Established in 2015, Moruzzi manipulates public perception of the logo, playing on our over-familiarisation with these images. Moruzzi is also a musician, and has worked with a wide range of artists and producers such as Snakehips and Jungle on graphic and sound projects.

A NOTE FROM US

WHAT WE LOVE

We love how Moruzzi's light-hearted creative combinations pair one familiar icon with another, creating a cartoonish fusion of logos and popular imagery. Never one to shy away from bold colours and striking line work, Moruzzi's compositions are playful, light-hearted and full of personality. His artworks are an amalgamation of fun influences that appeal to street art lovers and pop culture fans alike.
