ÔShat-At - BubblegumÕ is a Cast Resin Sculpture by contemporary artist Eelus. From a limited edition of 15, the piece comes in a hand-stencilled crate, gloves, and is signed and numbered on the base. The sculpture is fragile, please take extra care where unpacking it from the box.

Contemporary street artist Eelus is known for his vivid prints and murals, which delicately balance light and dark, to draw out the beauty in the banal. From pop culture to portraiture, Eelus explores the vibrancy of urban life through his bold, graphic aesthetic, bringing colour and character to grey city streets in vast, expressive murals.

To mark the ten year anniversary of his first ever screen print edition, ÔSHAT-ATÕ, Eelus has made his debut foray into sculpture, translating the stencilled image into the 3D form. Here, the empireÕs menacing military machine has been tamed by a small girl, who tethers the spindly-legged tank to a leash and yanks it into submission. Beautifully executed, this timely edition signals a milestone in EelusÕ long-spanning career, as well as a testament to the stellar Star Wars franchise: the ultimate pop-culture lovechild.

Please note: Due to how delicate this sculpture is, we can only ship to mainland UK.

About The Artist - Eelus

Balancing the opposing forces of the humorous and macabre, vivid color and stark monochrome, Eelus’ work brings the beautiful and sometimes caustic realities of the world together.

It all started when he was a kid, drawing posters of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to sell in the schoolyard so he could buy chocolate. Some years later, he’d sold enough posters and art prints to leave his day job behind, turning a lifelong hobby into a full-time profession.

Since then, he’s exhibited his art works worldwide alongside some of the biggest names in the urban art scene, with the majority of his releases selling out incredibly fast.
