To celebrate a series of exclusive lenticular releases by Eelus, the artist has decided to re-visit his most iconic and sought after work - Not Everything Is So Black & White, this time with stunning 3D effects, giving depth and energy to the piece which bursts with colour.Since its initial release in 2010, the demand for this award winning work has been unprecedented - and we have often been asked whether the artist will be releasing more work of the image. So with this in mind - artrepublic are thrilled to be showcasing what will be the final version of this classic piece, now brought to life in stunning 3D. The piece is from an edition of just 50 and is signed and numbered on the reverse by the artist. Not Everything Is So Black & White was initially released in 2012 as a Limited Edition silkscreen - and became the first in a series of work, followed by After The Rain, released in 2013 and Where They'll Never Find Us - another artrepublic exclusive, released in 2015. This trilogy of work is perhaps the artists' most well known and loved, and we're anticipating this incredible lenticular to sell out in record time. Lenticular technology has advanced in recent years, and this release is an amazing example of the superior imagery, crisper 3D movement and greater colour saturation, now available to artists. Eelus has worked hard to create his own 3D vision of this work, ensuing the finished pieces reflect his artistic intentions. Works are signed and numbered on the reverse by the artist.

Eelus is a street artist that combines iconic pop culture imagery, art historical references and elements of graphic design to create vibrant artworks. Each of Eelus’ artworks are full of contradictions: between light and dark, good and evil.
Eelus is a street artist that combines iconic pop culture imagery, art historical references and elements of graphic design to create vibrant artworks. Each of Eelus’ artworks are full of contradictions: between light and dark, good and evil.
Balancing the opposing forces of vivid colour and stark monochrome, we love how Eelus’ work brings the beautiful and sometimes caustic realities of the world together. Eelus’ career had an unconventional start. As a child, the artist would sell drawings of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to other pupils in the playground for a small profit. After moving to London from the north of England, Eelus discovered the world of street art. After his art was discovered by Banksy, Eelus’ status as an artist was catapulted to new heights, and his first print sold in record time. His artwork is now exhibited worldwide.
We love how Eelus uses bold colours to highlight his dramatic figures. Eelus's artwork is a celebration of the bold and the beautiful, and his vibrant block colours are a delight to the eye. Eelus mixes macabre imagery of ballerinas in bear traps and women in danger with bright and joyful colours. This contradiction adds another layer of dimension to Eelus' artwork.
