Louise lives and works in London, UK and is known for her distinctive paintings of animals. We love her commitment to animals and the natural world, which she intends to raise awareness on the delicate relationship between humans and wildlife.
It is evident her creative skills pair well with her passion and love for creatures. She has said, “I’ve always been inspired by the amazing variety and beauty that exists within the natural world and I just want to communicate this feeling to people and perhaps inspire a connection to this, as I feel humans are living separately from nature.” Louise studied Fine Art at the University of Greenwich. She has been featured in exhibitions in Milan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Stockholm, Brussels, and across the UK. She is also the author of the book ‘Survival’ which focuses on endangered species through a twenty-page portrayal of animals and their fight to survive. We’ve been working with Louise since 2015.
We love how Louise's intricate artworks are her love letter to the natural world and the animals that reside within it. Her creative process consists of finding the perfect paper type with interesting colour combinations and finishes. These colourful choices give each artwork a creative, bold twist. Whilst Lisa finds inspiration from nature, she also is heavily influenced by the fashion design world. This amalgamation of influences results in colourful, progressive and detailed artworks that push the boundaries of form and composition.
