Daisy Emerson is a British artist specialising in hand painted type and lettering. She primarily uses the method of traditional sign writing and gilding to produce beautiful handcrafted words, often on luxurious materials such as polished or honed marble stone, as well as brass and lacquered wood.

Daisy has a highly distinctive style with her signature pastel colour palette, with pink being one of the most consistently used colours in her work. More often she will also lovingly hand finish most of her pieces with gold leaf.Her lettering style is bold, modern and slick and often highly finessed and crafted to perfection. She works as an artist doing private commissions as well as working with a wide selection of more commercial clients on bigger projects. Daisy also does a lot of work for several high end fashion and beauty brands for whom she works together doing customisation with her bespoke lettering. This has seen Daisy travel throughout Europe and the U.S.A, including Paris, Milan, New York, and Los Angeles.Brands she has worked with include Estée Lauder, Nicholas Kirkwood, Google, Carnaby, Michael Kors, Adidas, Arcadia, John Lewis & Facebook.

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
We aim to dispatch unframed artworks within 10 working days of receiving your order. Postage within the UK takes around 1-3 working days. Custom framed items are usually dispatched within 21 working days of receiving your order. For more information, see our delivery page.
What is your returns policy?
Once you receive your artwork, you have 14 days to return it and get a full refund if you're not happy. If you would like to return an artwork, please contact us first at support@artrepublic.com. It is your responsibility to cover the return postage. Our returns' policy excludes items that are hand-made to order, such as artwork that has been framed, purchased as part of a timed release, or commissioned. These can only be returned if they are faulty.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on orders over £100. Framed artworks cost £15 and we can only ship these within the UK. We also offer pick up from our studio. Worldwide delivery is dependent on location. For more information on delivery costs, head to our delivery page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. We also offer financing through Own Art. Payment will be taken as soon as your order has been placed.
Can I get my artwork framed?
Yes! We work with a network of expert framers, and you can add a selection of frames to an artwork on the artwork page. Please see our framing page for more details, as well as information on additional styles that we can offer.
