About The Artist - Charlie Haydn Taylor

We’ve been working with Charlie Hadyn Taylor since January 2021.

Charlie is a British Contemporary artist who works across Pop Art and College styles. Within his compositions lie various scenes that examine pressing social and political issues. By collaging with cut-out figures from the 1950s and placing them within bold modern interiors, Charlie creates a striking visual paradox. We love how Charlie’s dynamic artworks create a sense of discord by combining anachronism and bold colour with subtle references outwards to the wider art world.

Since graduating from Goldsmiths, Charlie has exhibited internationally, with his work featuring alongside Blue Chip artists such as Tracey Emin and Banksy. Initially influenced by a number of artists ranging from British to American Pop Artists and YBA Damien Hirst, Charlie hopes to challenge the views of all those that see his work.
