This museum art print is of an iconic Andy Warhol portrait of a handsome black and white cat. Pop artist Warhol is well known for having been a cat and dog-lover. Throughout the 1950s and 60s Warhol surrounded himself with cats (reputedly as many as 25), all of which were named Sam except for one called Hester. In 1951 he published an artist,s book dedicated to his love of cats, ,25 Cats Name Sam and One Blue Pussy,.
