All of our frames are shipped with our specialist logistics partners, and are usually dispatched within 21 working days of receiving your order, but sometimes might take longer. It happens sometimes. Your artwork arrives and just isn’t what you’re looking for. Simply email hello@artrepublic.com within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange a replacement or return. Our returns policy excludes artworks that are made to order, such as artwork that has been custom framed, timed releases or commissioned artworks. These cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
