Storm Thorgerson (1944-2013) was a British graphic designer best known for his album covers for Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. We love the way he mixed surreal elements with reality, by placing everyday objects out of their traditional context. By establishing objects outside of their normal reference points, often in vast landscapes, he jointly made them appear awkward while showcasing their innate beauty.

He was once quoted saying, “I like to mess with reality… to bend reality. Some of my works beg the question of - is it real or not?”
