Simone Ember - formerly Simone Webb - (b.Oxfordshire) works from her home studio in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. She is a mixed media artist creating limited edition prints and originals with a continuous theme of depicting the life cycle of flowers. More recently, she has been exploring the effects of nature on our health and wellbeing. Stemming from an interest in biophilia, her current body of work examines the effects that living in urban areas, away from nature, has on us as humans.
