Having a strong graphic sensibility, Mr Purnam creates amazing paints adorned with colourful disembodied curves and playful shapes. A finalist in artrepublic's Street Art competition, Mr Purnam has since exhibited his art prints at The Brick Lane Gallery in London and elsewhere. In November 2011, he held his first solo London show at spacefiftyfour. Mr Purnam’s work embraces a mixture of traditional and digital techniques, mashing-up random images to produce work that is striking, unexpected and emotive – often with a darkly-comic undertone.
