Graffiti artist RETNA has recently designed a huge mural for the front of the temporary Louis Vuitton store in Miami before it moves to its permanent location.
As part of a new aesthetic for the brand, the mural features his unique alphabet that RETNA, aka Marquis Lewis, created inspired by ancient calligraphy, hieroglyphics and Hebrew texts and incorporates the brand’s iconic logo.
The massive letters have been painted on the facade using bright pink, purple and teal and were initially thought to be vandalism. The mural also coincides with a printed scarf that has been released using the design for the high end fashion brand hinting at rumours that he is the next official artist for Louis Vuitton.
